Sea Shell Samssara

Mooi resort en fijn gelegen in eigen park en vlak aan zee. Zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel, zowel aan de receptie als in het restaurant en de bar, overal.

Er was bijna nooit warm water. Jammer want de badkamer was verder goed. De airco in het restaurant/ontbijt stond altijd te koud.

C’est un bel hôtel en mode chic. La piscine est géniale, les chambres grandes, confortables, les matelas parfaits. Le petit dej super. L’accès à la plage, joli et arboré. Bref l’ensemble est reposant et agréable.

Le personnel peut être un peu obséquieux parfois. Si je n’avais pas demandé chaque jour que ma chambre soit faite, il la laissaient comme elle était ce qui est tout de même un peu problématique vu le standing de l’hôtel… Il y a des familles donc, des enfants parfois bruyants mais cela peut avoir son charme je suppose.

Great service and staff. Best high-end hotel on Neil Island.

A little expensive. Restaurant was great for breakfast but costly and not very diverse for western tastes.

Staff were polite and helpful

Overpriced for the kind of service and facilities being provided. Beach is dirty.

The best part were the lovely dining team - great food thank you Shakut and the attentive service provided by Girshinsingh and Mohit which was professional and great fun . Thanks to the desk team for helping with the Doctors visit . Housekeeping were very kind .

The wifi was patchy but that is the nature of the Island
