The end of the hallway smelled of marijuana 2 of our 3 nights there. The bathroom door would not close or open all the way! We did like the soap dispensers in the shower. Breakfast was pretty meager with very little space!

It was in a good location, but my room was on the second floor and there were only a flight of steps and no elevator to help haul my suitcase. So i had to carry itvup the flight of stairs.

"This was our best experience out of four."

This was our fourth visit to the Springfield OH area. We stayed at the Quality Inn/Conference Center. What a dump!! Stayed at Comfort Inn & Suites, the Staff were as cold as ICE. This was a very pleasant experience. We arrived very late. We were warmly greeted. The property was spotless.
