The location was perfect! So nice to be right at the Robinson’s Mall; shops, restaurants and even a grocery store. Very clean and staff were attentive. Loved that rooms had hot kettles. Will definitely be back.

The staff here are incredibly kind and always ready to support you, especially Al in housekeeping. I was truly impressed when he left me a note saying he's at my service and encouraging me to explore more of Iligan—such a thoughtful gesture. He even folded my towels with a lovely design, adding a special touch. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

My room is quite small—I barely have enough space, with the door nearly hitting the bed. The overall condition isn’t great, especially the bathroom and cabinets, which look poorly maintained. There’s no fridge or complimentary water provided, and I think a bottled water should be offered as a courtesy. The air conditioner appears old and doesn’t cool effectively.
