Beautiful boutique hotel! Staff were very attentive and friendly.

Nothing is free anymore-parking was $30 and no free bfast. The coffee shop was as reasonable as you'd expect. $60 for 2 coffee, 2 muffins and 2 parfaits.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. We also like the location as you can walk quite easily to restaurants and shopping. The staff was friendly and helpful. A shout out to both John Carlos at the front desk, who helped us with a special request. As well as Katrina in the Restaurant, who was a ray of sunshine. ☀️

We went to the bar one evening and ordered two beers. There was no menu to refer to. I got a small beer. My husband got a large beer. We presumed it would be the average cost of what you pay for a beer in a restaurant. However, when we got the bill, we were shocked to see the prices. My small beer was $12. Maybe I can live with that. My Husband’s beer was $17. We thought that was extravagant and overpriced. We were with friends who got cocktails and their cost was lower than beers! I highly encourage management to review the prices in the bar. And always have a menu out for customers.

Staff was wonderful. Very pleasant and very responsive. Especially the restaurant staff - Jesus, Tino and Anselmo. The Housekeeping staff was excellent too - especially Enrindira.
