Valet service was great. Room very quiet, bed comfortable, good location.

Valet service was only option for parking and expensive incl. daily fee + tip each time car was brought. Lobby has a chemical "air freshener" smell. No complimentary services in the lobby, like coffee. Not enough coffee in the room. Facility hasn't been recently updated. Ice machine sign pointed to wrong place, and no sign indicating that it was behind a fire door.

要會員才有兩瓶水。沒事先說。看別人有水問了才知。床頭燈有點閃可能燈壞了沒檢察，還好有頭射燈看書沒問題。咖啡機下座不穩不好放紙杯，需有技巧。

We stayed here for 3 nights while attending Golden Gloves, it's reasonably priced for the area with friendly staff and clean rooms. We had a King Deluxe with a balcony, the bed was comfortable and the view was beautiful. It's walkable to some popular locations and about 20 minutes from Universal Studios. We didn't get to use their restaurant and didn't have time to use the pool so I'm unable to rate those. We were very happy with our stay and would chose this hotel again.
