Las Terrazas Condo - Los Corales Village

Ok we arrived and did not like the apartment we got smelt like propane and patio was closed in but the staff bent over backwards to make us extremely happy move to another condo once we got settled in into New condo stay was perfect the staff astounding and the grounds were immaculate and pool was clean now if I had to find a negative would be condo could of been better equipped in the kitchen but not a bigger just loved the location and staff

Musty smell. I saw two cockroaches. one under the sink and a smaller one in the bedroom. I killed the small one and the one in the kitchen took off behind the cupboard. There should have been more regular sheet and towels. We had to ask for more toilet paper and clean towels after one week. Our stay was for two weeks. We had a $49 Canadian charge on our visa at check-in. I have no idea what that was for.

The location and parking were good.

There was NO hot water. When asked for fixing it there was no technician. There were not concerned that there was no hot water.

Very near the playa

located in a less nice area with little light in the evening. Very bad cleaning. Internet did not work at all. The toilet did not work and stop in the drain got the kitchen flooded.

Bed made a lot of noise, mattress was not good, construction next door caused building to vibrate and shake, was happy to leave, lost power and water during hurricane, they said they would reimburse for leaving to other place but did not reduce rent.
