Great time there, Gabriel and the staff were awesome - comfy room!

What an amazing staff! The lovely Gabriel welcomed us so warmly right from the start and took care of everything we needed. Even when I wasn't feeling well, he checked in on me, asked how I was doing, and offered to help. I truly appreciate it. The wonderful Alejandro looked after us every single morning, doing everything with a huge smile and providing top-notch service! He is the best! I was so happy to stay with you. Thank you so much. The best hotel :)) The rooms are clean and beautiful, breakfast is excellent.

Della struttura mi è piaciuta la stanza e lo staff gentilissimo

Il fatto di non avere pensato a mettere almeno una piccola piscina, visto che il problema dell’invasione delle alghe sargasso c’è da ben cinque anni, mi hanno detto. Il che significa che si sta in spiaggia, in un posto abbastanza isolato come Tulum, dove per allontanarsi e vedere qualcos’altro, bisogna pagare almeno 25 € di taxi dal momento che non c’è neanche un autobus che ti possa collegare con un’altra zona o cittadina. Anche affittare un motorino o qualcosa del genere, è carissimo sembra che ritengano che agli occidentali i soldi crescano sugli alberi. Per cenare ci sono prezzi esagerati in qualsiasi ristorante, tipo sei gamberi, 35 € , una bistecca 32 €.

Das Hotel ist sehr familiär, sauber und hat einen guten Standort neben den anderen Hotels am Strand. Der Strand ist direkt vor dem Hotel und alles war sauber und ordentlich. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Vom Personal waren alle sehr nett. Die, die das Hotel leiten, sind sehr hilfsbereit und geben Tipps.Auch das Servicepersonal im Restaurant war so unglaublich lieb und fröhlich, dass wir gerne da frühstückten und assen! Das Essen war auch sehr gut, es gab grosse Portionen zum Abendessen und alles war lecker. Dies alles trug dazu bei, dass wir uns in dem Hotel sehr wohl fühlten. Würde es wieder buchen.

Great stay. The hotel was beautiful and beachfront, and the staff were always willing to help with anything. Food at the hotel was great too. If you want a peaceful time at the beach, you don't even need to leave the property.

The power went out for a couple of nights while we were there (after 2 AM), but there were no issues ,the staff informed us in advance that it was going to happen, so all good.

Es war unglaublich. Gleich als erstes... wir sind Raucher. Hier darf man Rauchen - auch am Balkon! Gabriel der "Besitzer" (nehme ich an) hat sich wirklich um einfach alles gekümmert. Egal ob wir ein Taxi benötigt haben oder sonst irgendeinen Tipp für eine Tour oder eine Restaurantempfehlung. Ebenso war das Essen im Hotel wirklich TOP. Das Frühstück war extrem lecker und auch alles andere. Ich kann mich wirklich nur bedanken. Mitten im der Hotelzone so einen Wohlfühlort zu schaffen ist der wahnsinn. Kaum ist mal zur Tür reingekommen war man absolut entspannt. Die Cocktails kann ich ebenso nur wärmstens empfehlen. Unterm Strich kann ich nur sagen: falls ihr in die Hotelzone von Tulum wollt MÜSST ihr euch für diesen paradiesischen Ort entscheiden. Die Beschwerden zur Musik kann ich überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen. Das Meeresrauschen war eigentlich schon lauter^^ und die Musik lief auch nur ab 12 Uhr Mittags bis circa 19 Uhr Und wir fanden Sie angenehm anstatt störend Hängematte, Strandbereich alles TOP 1000 Dank nochmal an das komplette Hotelpersonal ♡♡♡♡ Nur als kleiner Hinweis: Falls Ihr eine Tour bucht müsst Ihr IMMER mim Taxi zu irgendeinem Abholort fahren welches umgerechnet einfach 20 Euro kostet -.- daher Lage nicht als ausgezeichnet bewertet

Man könnte vielleicht noch Kissen auf den Stühlen der Terrasse platzieren ;)
