Los Arrecifes

Wir haben uns sofort bei der Ankunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Einrichtung gefiel uns sehr gut und die Hotelanlage ist sehr gepflegt. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Wenn wir erneut nach Tulum reisen, würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder hier buchen.

Es war schade, dass es so viel Seegras gab, aber da kann das Hotel nichts für. Sie waren sehr bemüht den Strand davon frei zu räumen.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. One of the biggest highlights for us was the late breakfast served until 12 PM – such a luxury to sleep in without setting an alarm just to make it in time to eat. The beachfront is cleaned daily. Although we happened to arrive right at the beginning of sargassum season, the staff worked hard every morning to keep the beach as clean as possible, which we truly appreciated. The entire team was incredibly attentive and helpful. A special thank you to Gabriel, the manager, who was always ready to assist with anything – from arranging transfers and scooter rentals to recommending great places to eat and visit. What really stood out was the personalized approach. We were kindly allowed a late check-out, which made our departure so much more comfortable. All these thoughtful details created a genuine feeling of being cared for. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so special. We truly hope to come back to this hotel again!

Everything was great. The only minor downside we could mention is that the portions of the main breakfast dishes were quite small. You could really feel full only with the eggs or pancakes, while the other options were rather light and not very filling.

Super freundliches Personal 👍 Wunderbarer Strand.

Ein kleines familiäres Hotel, direkt am Strand gelegen. Tolle Aussicht auf den Strand und das Meer vom Balkon bzw von der Terrasse aus. Zahlreiche Liegen vorhanden. Das Frühstück war fabelhaft und man konnte zwischen mehreren Optionen wählen. Die Mitarbeiter:innen waren äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit und organisierten auch einen Ausflug nach Chichen Itza und auch mal ein Taxi. Gleich gegenüber dem Hotel befindet sich ein Supermarkt mit ATM. Ebenfalls sind zahlreiche gute Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. Kostenlose Minibar, welche täglich wieder befüllt wird!

The staff was amazing, very accommodating, helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very nice and tasty. Our room was on the top floor with the sea view and it was great to watch the sunrise every morning on our balcony.

L’accueil chaleureux de Marta, Gabriel et de toute l’équipe . Le personnel est aux petits soin. D’une gentillesse incroyable . Toujours disponible . Un hôtel à taille humaine où on se sent chez sois.
