I liked how convenient the location was to downtown. Very easy to walk to and from downtown. The room was a decent size for three people. very easy check in and check out. Staff was very nice and friendly as well.

Our room was across from the elevators, so it got noisy at times. Trying to find parking was a little difficult at first due to road closures and the weekend event.

The staff was amazing!!! Thank you so much Markia(I hope I spelled that correctly). You were wonderful. I also would like to provide kudos to Damion who was there to answer any question I had with a beautiful smile on his face. Special "Thanks" to Tony(BIRDMAN), what he did for us was so courteous. This staff is the reason why people return, I would consider visiting every other month now that I found a place that treated me with such kindness. As busy as it was during Juneteenth, the staff remained professional with everyone throughout the entire time I was there. I had a small issue with one of the housekeeping ladies however I spoke with a very apologetic young lady that was inspecting the rooms(I believe her name began with a T) she was concerned and provided me excellent feedback. Management needs to recognize the staff's vital role in supporting the business, without them this past weekend, things would have been chaotic. Kudos to Valet!!! They were going through it but they prevailed and worked everything out. Good Job to you all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

One of the housekeeping ladies was rude, however I reported it to the head of housekeeping who was so apologetic. Her name began with a T.

The location is excellent for festivals and events downtown. The hotel is easily accessible from the freeway and within walking distance to most downtown destinations. Staff was polite and helpful.

Lighting in the room was too dim.
