All perfect. Location and the rooms are super.

VEry good location. Good facilities in the apartment.

Bed in the room was damaged. I left the information in the guest book. The apartment is quite dark. Rooms not facing the street (largest bedroom) are very dark and quite cold

Beautiful, very spacious apartment in the middle of the historic centre of Palermo. Excellent sound-proofing, no noise from the street below with the windows closed. Beautiful furniture and paintings, arty and comfortable. Many shops, cafés and restaurants on the doorstep. Easy walk to all the main sites and only 10 minutes' walk to the Central Station. Communication beforehand was excellent and the agent (Elisa, thank you) was there as arranged to meet me, give me the keys and show me around.

The main sitting room is a little dark but this is an old palazzo so perhaps that's to be expected.

Cleanliness, size of the rooms, felt like a home away from home….classy interior and quite comfortable.

We had a great deal of luggage and were worried at first that we had no elevator. However, it was ultimately an easy access …so not a genuine drawback just a heads up.

Loved the amount of room and location

Brilliant location, plenty of space, very cool temperature, nice sitting room, large bathrooms.

One guest thought the mattress was soft and dipped in the middle.

The location was amazing. At the heart of Palermo with every shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment is very spacious. The building is very old but it was renovated. We really loved it.

If you have a car it could be a bit hard to find parking. The streets are narrow in that area. I recommend that you come by taxi or public transport.
