O quarto não foi o reservado - reservado com 2 camas e atribuído com uma cama de casal. Em um dos dias o quarto não foi limpo nem arrumado. O contacto, apesar de rápido, foi realizado só por mensagem de WhatsApp.

Nadie nos recibió, simplemente estaba la llave ahí encima de la recepción con tu nombre en un papel. Para colmo, como no había nadie no nos dijeron cual era el código para entrar por la noche y por poco pasamos la noche fuera. Además el aire acondicionado estaba roto y la habitación no daba la sensación de estar limpia

We liked how central it was - just 4 minutes' walk to the beach!

We were promised an upgraded room when booking the accommodation, and I think we got one of the worst rooms. The room was dark, and we had a terrace on which there was dripping AC water. There was no check-in or check-out; we just had to take the keys assigned to us and then leave them on the "front desk".
