This is hard to write—but it needs to be said. After spending over $70,000 as a loyal Gold member with Hilton, this is how my experience was handled after an incident involving a Hilton security employee: I was called a racial slur. N....... I was verbally insulted. N.... You must be crazy I was threatened. I know what room you are in I will see you later Instead of accountability, I was told there was “zero evidence” it happened. I was told I had no right to respond after being treated that way. The proposed resolution? • 75,000 Hilton Honors points • One night reimbursed • A one-sided legal agreement designed to protect the company—while putting me at risk if I spoke up if this was to happen to me again on a Hilton property. Let me be clear: I’m not asking for sympathy. This is about accountability. No customer—no human being—should be told their dignity doesn’t matter because a corporation has deeper legal resources. When companies hide behind legal language instead of addressing harm, they send a dangerous message: your voice doesn’t count. This is wrong. Period. i was given a violation report saying I was smoking in my room and I certainly did not smoke anything in the Hilton or on the propery whatsoever, as i am a non smoker. My guests do not smoke either. Nice view from 19th floor! Comfortable bed, big TV, fast elevator. Valet staff were courteous.

Parking was expensive at motel. Water bottles in room were extra cost.. no non-parking garage parking in near area..
