"Steps from beach, comfortable and clean!"

The property is in the first floor and steps from the beach. The beds are comfortable and clean. The kitchen is utilitarian and great for quick meals. There is air conditioning on each room. There is a door that separates the sleeping area from the living area, which is great. The staff was super friendly and wanted to help us and make sure we were happy. We walked to town without a problem, and I have knee problems and am overweight… it was totally doable! There is a convenient store in the same block. There are several restaurants in the same block and across the apartment - such great location! We loved the place and would go back 150%!!!

I loved the property - here are some FYI info that will set expectations right: The property is not new nor fancy but clean and pleasant and airy and roomy! There are tubs in both bathrooms and the shower is inside them, that is, there is no easy entry shower stall. The stove top works but it’s not for making big or complex meals. The mattresses are on the hard side. You will need to buy water (not an issue at all! Ask when you check in). The coffee maker is a small stovetop expresso and it works well for those strong dominican coffee cups. Add boiling water to cup to make it American style. That’s it!

There were many things we did not like.... No communication...nobody got back to the many messages that we sent..we were not sure how to check in... One toilet didnt work...no hot water....we needed accommodation for five...not four....stove didnt work... No info given when we finally checked in... Very disappointing!!

excellent location, room had lots of space. most staff doesn’t speak English.

outdated, didn’t clean once while we were there. noise of construction in the morning. spotty wifi didn’t work in the room
