Santuario Getsemani Hostel

I stayed at this hostel for 3 nights and unfortunately it was not a good experience. There was almost no water for nearly 4 days, which already made the stay very uncomfortable, but what disappointed me the most was the way the situation was handled by the reception staff. When I asked for alternative solutions, such as nearby gyms where I could shower or even information about airport facilities, nobody really tried to help or look for options. The attitude was very passive, almost like guests had to deal with the problem alone. The ladies serving breakfast were kind and polite, and honestly they were the only positive part of the experience. On the other hand, the reception staff often seemed annoyed whenever I asked something. Most of the time they were busy on their phones or looked bothered by basic guest requests. In particular, the guy working on the evening of the 25th was extremely unprofessional from my personal experience. His attitude made me feel like he was doing me a favor instead of simply working in hospitality. The same feeling continued during the following days as well. I understand that problems like water shortages can happen and are not always the hostel’s fault, but customer service and the way guests are treated make a huge difference. Sadly, this experience left a very negative impression on me.

早餐固定有炒蛋、麵包和水果，有咖啡和熱牛奶，床位夠大，週四有免費瑜珈體驗課程，住宿費用便宜，可使用開放式廚房，需要注意白天會關掉房間內冷氣

Al ser un hostal compartido, me gustó la posibilidad de conocer gente nueva, si bien no me relacione mucho, uno puede observar a los pasajeros y es genial ver gente que está en la misma postura de uno de conocer y descubrir nuevos lugares

Se necesitaba más aseo en los baños compartidos fuera de las habitaciones, personalmente el baño de nuestra habitación estaba limpio a pesar de ser compartido lo que es bueno ya que eran 12 habitaciones, sin embargo, los baños del exterior, de las áreas compartidas como cocina y comedor les faltaba aseo, los pasajeros también deben ser más concientes de mantener los espacios.

Atendimento é café da manhã incluso.

Faltou água e os quartos são super quentes.

Lugar céntrico, casi no gaste en movilidad, amables,buen desayuno y realizan actividades extra, yo tuve clase de salsa y no había que pagar extra.

Tem cozinha compartilhada o que ajuda bastante para economizar com as refeições. Oferecem café da manhã. Tem aula de salsa. A localização é ótima. Perto de tudo. Consegue ir nos pontos turísticos a pé. Me senti bem segura na região. Não tem água quente mas com o calor que faz em Cartagena a água sai morna do chuveiro. Tem blackout nas camas o que permite mais privacidade. Os atendentes são ótimos.

As camas de cima tem que subir uma escadinha e pra subir e aguardar as malas fica um pouco ruim.
