"My Favorite Staycation Hotel"

This is my fav staycation hotel. When I want to get away, relax, take a swim indoors, chill out with friends and family on the patio or the lobby, this is my absolute first choice. Conveniently located near the highway in Smyrna, clean, cozy, professional and laid back. Keep up the good work Mariott!

Check in was quick and easy but the room had lots of broken things and the bathroom shower was not clean. The hall smelled heavily of pot.

"Great stay for family and friends"

Excellent customer service, we had one little problem with our a/c but they took care of it and had us moved within 10 mins. It was very clean and accommodating.

"Nice but got weird"

Some things were weird. Some random man came knocking on the door asking for an iPhone charger. Not sure if they knew my bf was there and sleep or thought I was alone. Some lady was running down the hall in the middle of the night screaming. Myself and someone else walked out of our rooms to check on her, we both were confused and concerned. Some people seemed to profile my boyfriend. My deposit was different both times. One night was $100 total, another was $50 for two nights was total. It was just a weird vibe. I could be superstitious. But aside from that, the facilities were very nice.

"It's an average hotel not walkable to anything...."

We stayed for a Brave's game - thought the hotel being 2 miles away, we could walk to the ballpark - unfortunately, we were told we can't - that isn't their fault - just wish they had a shuttle. The steps in the parking lot would be nice if they had a ramp for heavy luggage. The lobby is beautiful. The room was average - the air conditioner made a clicking noise throughout the night that kept us awake even with a box fan. The bartender was nice. Would probably stay somewhere else closer to the stadium.
