Hilton San Francisco Union Square

We had a terrific experience at Hilton Union Square, San Francisco! It was WONDERFUL from the top hatted doormen, to the concierge desk, great lattes from their Herb Kitchen.....and I loved their pillows! I wouldn't have needed to bring mine this time! BUT THE BEST PART was the food they served at the IBEW Conference dinner! I've gone on several of these trips with my husband, and the 8 people at our table agreed that it was the best food we had had - EVER - at a conference dinner. I'm not much of a meat eater, but I tried the prime rib and went back for seconds! Truth be told, I was able to skip the 3 types of dessert because I had more prime rib, scalloped potatoes, and spinach as my dessert! So did others at my table! Those scalloped potatoes - so creamy! I wish I had some right now! Hats off to all involved! The wait staff was right there to clear your dishes away too! We lingered at our table and were one of the last ones out of the room! THANK YOU!!

I was very pleased with the staff at the time I checked in. They were respectful and had a great attitude.

I really don't like the location of the hotel. It right next to the tenderloin and close to the red light district.

チェックインの時のスムーズさに欠けている。待っている人の状況を見て対応スタッフを増やすべき。 優先レーンが空いている場合は、通常の方を対応するなど配慮してほしい

Good water pressure in shower. Instant hot water. So Quiet! no slamming of doors or annoying loud housecleaners. no loud kids or people running up and down halls. Clean bedding! NO NASTY SMELLS! Clean everything thank you!

Ugly dreary old brown depressing carpet all over hotel. Rooms were so tiny. we could not walk around each other we had to take one step at a time to pass each other bed the beds into the bathroom. Lighting was too dim. Bathroom mirror Lights so dim hard to see to apply makeup.

Was in town for a conference and was fortunate to stay on site. From the check in through checkout, fantastic service delivery. Great room overlooking the Golden Gate Bridge. The bar abd restaurant on the top ofcthe hotel had tremendous views. Foid in the hotel was great and the conference e center very well organized, albeit in three towers. My only complaint is thd neighborhood. During the day, great sites, architecture, history. At night massive drug use, savory characters everywhere, homeless and strong police presence. No walking by yourself after dark. Beautiful property though.

After a six-hour flight, I arrived at the Hilton Union Square exhausted. This trip is especially meaningful because it’s the first time my sister and I have traveled together, so we were excited but definitely tired from the journey. From the moment we stepped up to the front desk, Abdullah completely changed the tone of our day. He greeted us with a genuine smile, cracked a few jokes, and had us laughing within minutes. His warmth and positive energy immediately made us feel welcome. As Gold Hilton Honors members, Abdullah kindly upgraded our room, and then went above and beyond by providing an additional upgrade with breathtaking views overlooking San Francisco. The view is absolutely stunning and made our arrival even more memorable. Thanks to Abdullah, our trip is off to a wonderful start. Exceptional service is about making people feel seen and cared for, and Abdullah does exactly that. I hope many guests are fortunate enough to be welcomed by him at the front desk. He is a true asset to the Hilton team.

Stayed 2 nights here then around the corner at another Hilton property which we liked better. This is a big city Hilton so you know what you are getting. Emmy gave exceptional customer service at check-in...great employee! Buffet (breakfast) is completely overpriced, especially when there are numerous food choices nearby. Overall = average.
