Residence Inn by Marriott Norwalk

We're repeat guests and my only complaint is about the laundry facilities. It requires $5 in quarters to wash and dry a load, so if you don't have cash, you have to walk down to the corner store, get cash from the ATM there, come back to the front desk and have them change it into quarters. Theres no way to have laundry fees billed to your room or use a credit card. Who actually carries cash these days, especially 20 large coins?? Other than that (and the expensive parking fee), this hotel is wonderful for families and has an excellent hot breakfast daily.

Great weekend getaway from NYC! Love that you can take MetroNorth and walk to this hotel which has large efficiency rooms! Staff was VERY friendly and helpful. Facility was very clean. Free breakfast had a lot of choices (not just bagged muffins, LOL). The rooftop bar is really fun and has a great view. SoNo has a lot of restaurants, great breweries, and a nice beach nearby!

This was the most amazing experience I have ever had at a hotel. Bryan George and manager Mike Stevenson were fantastic! Very personable and informative about the hotel and the area. All smiles and funny and made my stay that much better. The hotel was beautiful and clean and the rooftop bar was awesome. Thank you for an amazing time!
