No querían respetar la. Habitación q había reservado no tienen servicio de alimentos y no funcionaba el spa. Pague esa habitación por el acceso al spa y no pude utilizarla

The staff really made an effort to help in many regards. The hotel is located up a hill so the walk up is not recommendable to those who cannot do exercise. That said, it's a beautiful view.

Muy buena experiencia, muy bonito lugar, desgraciadamente fuimos solo una noche pero vale la pena, no tiene tan bonita vista el lago pero el lugar está muy bien, muy limpio, la alberca y jacuzzi en muy buen estado
