"Snowed in and tried!"

I was stranded at the airport in Seattle for almost two days. A friend booked me a room at around 3:00pm 3/14/26 so I could shower and at least sleep a few hours in an actual bed. The staff there were helpful and friendly and it was a relief after dealing with the airlines all night. I’m afraid I can’t remember the name of the gentleman that checked me in but he was extremely patient and got me a wonderful room that I could have stayed all weekend in! I left around 7:00pm the same day to catch my flight home and the staff were just as amazing and assured me if my flight was cancelled again I would be able to return. I also received texts from Crystal to ensure everything was perfect! Would highly recommend and I am sure with all those flights being cancelled, the last 48 hours were just as intense for the staff at this location! Thank you, A’dhron Blanchette

"Not ideal but it’s a fairly good place"

The place looks nice and beds are comfortable. My room had several problems though. The floor in the entrance to the room was wet and cold the entire time and I don’t know why. Taking a hot shower in the morning is not a good idea, the smoke detectors are immediately outside the bathrooms which have no fans. I woke up and showered and after opening the door the fire alarm went off. The room was persistently cold. These things wouldn’t usually be such gripes, however I’m recovering from surgery and these inconveniences were jarring. I stayed Friday March 13th, after a flight was delayed. As I write this I have not checked out, my last name is Blount, room was on the base floor. I have tried to reach out to the Hilton about these problems but haven’t heard back yet.

"Serve my purpose"

Bed is very comfy. Because I used the parking service during my trip, mine as well stay in the hotel for my early flight the next day. So just convenience.

So far everything seems pretty good. Staff help me with everything I need.
