Misleading Pool Photos – Terrible Guest Experience All the photos advertise a beautiful, resort-style picturesque pool, and that was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel. But when I arrived, I was told that guests are not allowed to use the on-site pool. Instead, we were sent to a so-called “country club” located 7 minutes away by car, completely off the hotel property. That place looked nothing like what was advertised. While the pool itself wasn’t small, it was old, dull, and completely lifeless. The entire experience was uncomfortable and disappointing. We were “greeted” (if you can call it that) by a woman sitting in what looked like a private room in a run-down building — no hospitality, no service, nothing close to what you’d expect. Honestly, it felt like we were being pushed off to some random remote location, far from the comfort and convenience that was promised in the listing. This was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting a relaxing stay with actual on-site amenities. False advertising at its finest.
