"Happy to stay again"

It's a basic room but clean, with good quality bed linen and towels and a small but well functioning shower. It's close to its sister hotel where hot and continental breakfast is served. Owners (?) were extremely helpful and made me feel welcome. Excellent location and very reasonably priced.

TV didn't seem to work. No WiFi. The only light was very bright.

"We experienced one disturbed night in Old Victory House due to rowdy men accessing the premises. BUT the reception staff"

The Old Victory House was well positioned. The Keppel’s Head hotel was exceptional, very beautiful, well equipped lounge and rooms easy accessible by lift.

Old Victory House rooms were very small, and staircase steep.

Locatie, auto kan geparkeerd worden achter het Keppels Hotel (13 pond per dag) Daar haal je ook de sleutel op.

Vies, vlekken en haren overal op de vloer. Haren en schimmel in de badkamer. Ramen/kozijnen vies, stof overal. Vlekken op de muren inclusief scheuren. 1 houten stoel, je kan koffie/thee zetten (hebben wij niet gedaan) maar de waterkoker kan niet onder de kraan. Kortom geen aanrader, basic vinden wij best oké maar dit is slecht. Ook een Budget kamer hoort schoon te zijn.

Location was prime for where we wanted to visit.

Wasn't particularly clean, floor didn't look swept, grime around the shower basin. Toilet was wobbly, not the seat, the entire toilet.
