Our stay was good can't fault the room, staff or cleanliness of the place, I was little disappointed in the breakfast options, most places do full English but was only offered scrambled, poached or fried eggs on toast. I'm not a fan of egg so only had toast

An very enjoyable stay at the rest and welcome b&b the area is excellent for all the attractions Blackpool has to offer a very lovely breakfast and very comfortable place to stay I would recommend and definitely stay again.

HI Yes It zeas Excellant Greeted By Andrew Who Koodent Be More Friendly He Even Up Graded Me To A Double En Suite Room Which Was Realy Lovely And Spotless He Even Made The Breakfast Which Was Realy Good Nothing To Much Bother For Him lol I Have Stayed At The Rest Welcome A Few Times And Is Realy Worth A Visit I Can Deffo Recommend It To The Hotels.com customers I Will Deffo Be Back

"Perfect place to stay the night for a busy weekend away."

Great location, right near the shops and the beach. Public transport was easily accessible. Breakfast was lovely, we really enjoyed the variety available. Didn't make use of the bar as we were out all day every day but it looked like a nice space to relax. Staff were all helpful and polite, all information was clear and easy to find/understand. Rooms are quite small but perfect for somewhere to rest your head at night and the bathroom was spacious. The place seemed clean and tidy and we were very satisfied with our stay.

The shower was a bit fiddly to get it to be warm and it could be a little temperamental. Checkout time was 10:30 online but we were told 10:00 on arrival.

Felt really welcome and really clean room. Wish I could of stayed another night but had work next morning. Lovely and warm lovely hot shower. Really good breakfast my choice was scrambled eggs on toast. There was fresh juice cereal yoghurt loads of stuff you won't leave hungry.

It was perfect stay.
