"Not like it used to be"

Location

We have been staying there for years. Have a loyalty card Stay 10 times get a night free. Arrived for my 6th stay and was told "we don't do that anymore!". Well, you are still the Windsor even if you changed management! Used to have a decent breakfast. Now basically cold cereal. Most likely will not stay again!
