"Not as Advertised!"

Really looked nice online, but it was a stark difference to reality!

Pool heater was out. Pool area was used as a storage unit. Ice maker leaked through the wall into the hallway. The girl at the desk wasn't surprised. Room was under repair or updating. Bathroom floor turned the bathmat brown after our showers. Girl at the front desk in the morning was less than welcoming. Seemed annoyed to be there and hated her job.

"It was just one night and beds were good and clean."

Staff was very friendly when checking in.

No coffee maker in room. Instant coffee machine was the only option in the lobby. Most disturbing were the stained chairs and the one cushion that had been flipped upside down to hide a nasty stain. Sink was badly stained and the solid surface was deteriorating.
