Hotel Ocotal Bed & Breakfast

Staff was very helpful and welcoming. Bed was very comfortable with air conditioning. Beautiful covered outdoor seating area for included breakfast. Food was delicious! Eggs and beans with rice and fruit, cheese, bread, cereal, orange juice, etc. Lovely outdoor pool. In-room mini refrigerator. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and bar soap all in private shower. Short walk (but very hilly) to Ocotal Beach for a gorgeous sunset!

A little noisy with street traffic, but did not affect my sleep.

Good location, super friendly staff, nice pool. There is a communal kitchen that is very handy. I had to get up really early for fishing and they had the coffee pot ready and a little breakfast ready for me! Marcela and her staff were fantastic. We'll be back for sure when going to Ocotal! Great value!

The beds weren't too bad for Costa Rica and for the price.

Very friendly and welcoming. It's located in a quiet area. Small beach within walking distance. Rooms are very nice. Very comfortable bedding, mini fridge, hot water, cold AC. Good breakfast cooked to order and coffee. Nice pool. Secure parking. El Coco is a few minutes' drive away. Overall, it is a very good value.

Great location tucked away from peaceful Ocotal beach, fantastic breakfast and the pool was great! The family room was so spacious and fit our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids) no problem.

Clean and confortable rooms. The staff was really friendly and helpful as well. Breakfast good. They local food (really good!) as well as eggs or toasts (and cereals). You would need a car as it is a bit far from the city, but the are is safe and quite.

The room was a bit small for 2 people (there was 2 big beds and there was not really too much space left for a wardrobe or chair). In any case, the room was very clean and the beds were very confortable! However, the bathroom was big.

Open, airy lounge/dining area. Pool, set in private, quiet tree/shrub-lined garden was always clean, refreshing and inviting. Lovely crisp, cotton sheets and large towels - for bath & pool. Our room was made up daily! Quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash & hand soap supplied in bathroom. Great coffee and generous cooked breakfast. Short walk or drive to beautiful, non-commercial Ocotal Beach.
