Good location. Nice view out the window. Very friendly and accommodating staff, excellent breakfast and dinner.

Road noise was noticeable due to proximity of busy motorway.

Everything. This is a gem of a place. Friendly owners, beautifully manicured gardens with terrific views over the city. Our room was 1st class as was the food, drink and service from the well turned out waiting staff. An absolute joy.
