Very happy with this room block option for our wedding. The original sales associate was very helpful, and then we got transferred to Jamy, who also helped us with reservations as we got closer to our date. Two small things that I wish were different: Wish the hotel had a small conference room for getting ready area. You have to choose your bridal suite room. The sales associate team for this hotel and the Hampton next door are the same, so I fel the urge to double check the information since we also had a room block there.

Very Dishonest Staff Upon checkin we were asked if the third floor would do. It wasn't until we entered the room that we encountered that the TV was not working. Later we were told that the TVs on the third and fourth floors were not working, too late to change room.
