It had hot water and a comfortable bed.

Bathroom needed better cleaning and maintenance. Grout needs to have the black removed.

If you want an affordable and safe property, this is for you. If you are looking for a nice hotel in a large city with all the amenities, it is a disappointment. Reminded me of hotel type in the provinces.

I recently stayed at Panorama Summit Hotel in Buhangin, Davao. While the staff was friendly, the hotel needs some upgrades, especially in cleanliness and decor. It would be great to have disposable slippers for guests. Also, the location can be tricky due to heavy traffic at the intersection.
