"Ants"

I stay at this hotel every couple of months. Usually it is an amazing experience. All staff are super friendly and helpful. This time, however, my room was infested with hundreds of ants. When I told the front desk, I was advised to leave for a while so they could spray the room. So I dragged my kids out into the cold to waste some time and get some food. When we returned a few hours later, there were still 100s of ants and not even an ant trap. I was moved to another room at this point, but Im not thrilled with how it was handled. I still found some ants in the new room, just not nearly as many.

"Excellent hotel in charming town"

Very well kept Radisson hotel. Clean room. Personable staff. Nice lobby. Heated pool and nice exercise room. Corning is a charming town, with a great Main Street, and an amazing Glass Museum with an artisan studio. All nearby the hotel.

It’s a large beautiful hotel a little dated but still very nice and large. A full hotel with restaurant, bar, banquet facilities. The restaurant menu is extensive.
