De locatie is perfect, alles op loopafstand. Nette, schone kamers, fijne bedden.

Check in de kredi kartı sorunu yaşadım.post cihazında sorun vardı gece geç saatte 6 günlük ödemeyi yapmış olmama rağmen provizyon alamadıkları için otele kabul edemeyeceklerini söylediler . Ertesi gün kredi kartı getirebilirim dedim ama kabul etmediler . Sonra başka bir kartla çözdük ama anlayış ve çözüm yok . Gece yarısı ödemesini yaptığım otele alınmamak nedir ?

Check out sabah erken yaptım Uber çağırdım ama recepsiyonda kimse yok 15 dk gelmedi . Geç kalıyordum Banyolar eski odalar yenilenmemiş hepsi. hergün oda temizliği gelmiyor .

Rooms were spacious and clean.

Morning breakfast options were not that great .Waffle and Pan cakes tasted really stale but staffs very friendly and took our feedback positively and also cancelled our order .

I really liked the lobby area. Rooms were large, comfortable. Free parking. Walking distance to some restaurants. Restaurant & bar in lobby. Indoor pool.

This is a very nice hotel next to the historic downtown area of Corning. The glass museum is about 2 miles away. The beds are comfortable. Room is a good size. There is a bar and restaurant in the lobby. I especially liked the airy feeling in the lobby. It has a pool and fitness center. No free breakfast

The room was comfortable and reasonably clean, but there was chewing gum stuck on the carpet right next to the bed.

First, the unrelieved black color on the entire very large facade was extremely unattractive and unappealing. My room was very far away from the lobby and getting a cart was difficult because there were too few available. In addition, there was no one to help with the luggage, and wheeling an unwieldy cart for such a long distance was very hard. When I booked my room, I was assured that room service was available-it was not. And because I travelled with a pet, I was unable to order food and have it delivered and my pet was not allowed in the food area. So, the dinner meal was obtained off the premises (after a long day of traveling.). In the morning, I ordered breakfast, then it was delivered to me in a lounge area. I ordered a waffle, well done and crisp-it came browned and crisp on the top, but the underdog was pale and undercooked, I had to peel off the nearly-raw underside in order to eat it. I also ordered a side order of bacon. It came cold, overcooked on dome pieces and nearly burned on others-and dripping with bacon fat, as if it had been cooked awhile ago and left in the fat to cool. It was a simple order, a waffle well done and an order of bacon, but it was more than unsatisfactory, it was unappetizing and barely edible.

Lobby and bar looked okay but rest of the place was in need of a major update. Furniture was old and marked up, room could use fresh paint, walkways were crumbling in many locations. Check in was easy and staff was courteous. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean and well lit.
