"If not for the broken AC and horrible hot nights, I would have given a perfect score."

Location!

When we first walked into the room, we were pleasantly surprised with the gorgeous view and how spacious the room felt. However, on the first night there, our AC completely stopped working, we contacted maintenance in the morning, they came and said that all we had to do was restart the AC and left, not making sure the AC was actually working. We went on a tour that day, and when we got back the room was hotter than when we left. Unfortunately, nothing was really done to fix it. But everything else was great.
