The staff were friendly

The room smelled strongly of mould. Also, many intoxicated guests at 4pm on a Wednesday acting aggressive and rowdy. We checked out our room and went down to cancel our stay and get a refund.

Bed and pillows were comfortable and the shower was great.

Don’t know how this hotel attracts some bottom of the barrel people. The aircon is a window shaker unit, the rooms are noisy. I don’t know how this hotel got 4 stars. 3 at best is more accurate
