The Inn at Market Square

Lady at check in was friendly ( that was the ONLY good thing) room was smelly, dirty n it had one bed, I had booked a 2 bed..we were moved to another room, didn't smell bad because she sprayed it but afterwards it was smelly!! beds were not comfortable at all, bedding didn't smell clean, no housekeeper around, had to go look for someone to exchange towels, floor was dirty, restroom sink was broken (tacky repaired), NO WI-FI, appliances were dirty , couldn't use coffee maker, it was filthy!! Toilet made a loud weird noise everytime we'd flush, unsafe door lock it didn't seemed it was locked.. very little lighting, one of the lamps over the bed wasn't working.. based from the pictures, seemed they have a breakfast area ,which they don't, they don't offer breakfast or a common area to sit.. it's NOTHING like it seems on their website pictures.. NOTHING, NOTHING AT ALL!! On there it doesn't mention anything about it being under repairs, which is what we were told when we got there, wish they would've given a heads-up but NOPE.. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED, WOULDN'T recommend it to NOBODY, not even my worse enemy!! NEEDS ALOT of IMPROVEMENTS!!! TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE!! The ONLY reason I gave them 1 star was because of that lady at check in!! THE WORST place we've ever stayed at in San Antonio!!

The staff was ok but the hotel was not up to par. Not clean, smelly unsafe. We canceled the same night and have yet to hear about my refund.

Shower backed up no microwave kids running up and down stairs slamming the door and window

The staff did their absolute best, but the owner clearly gave up on this property. They have a huge problem with bugs and homeless people breaking in among other things.

Service was ok but the Hotel not, I do not recommend it

Not at all like the pictures. They did allow me an hour extra to check out and brought me my drivers license back the guy forgot to give me at check in

False advertisement, didn’t feel very safe, toilet didn’t work, noise, etc

Service was amazing! You get what you pay for. I wasnt expecting anything fancy and please dont. The price justifies what you get. My only complaint is the roach issue.
