Beds were awful, cleaning staff was dishonest, indoor pool has cold, we had issues with getting our room at the start due the front desk, not knowing what they were doing and overcharged me, and I had to wait for the whole to come off.

USThe staff was friendly and helpful. My girlfriend and I are old and she has mobility issues. The manager gave us a room on the ground floor at no additional charge when he was informed about this since this facility dosen't have an elevator. There have been some improvements to the facility since my last stay there.
The bed was comfortable, but the foundation was very noisy. It was impossible to even sit on it without it making odd loud noises. An additional small table would have been appreciated. The shower was fine, but a detachable shower head would be a simple low cost improvement.
