AULocation was close to Kitanomine Gondola. Staff ,especially Emma, were amazing. Onsen was good. Afternoon complimentary drinks were great.
The Kerosene heater in our room was terribly smelly. So much so that we didn’t use it.

SGExtremely good location for the price, very near the slopes and facilities were very apt for skiing and snowboarding. The onsen at the end of the day is amazing! Coffee machine at the lobby was great too.
Bed mattresses can be firmer
