Chalet Burlap Furanui

Location of the chalet is excellent - close to the slopes. Staff are also very friendly & willing to help with everything & the shuttle service to and from the station is very convenient.

Walls were a little thin so you could hear all other guests coming in and out all hours of the evening. The room was only cleaned once during our stay (7 nights) with only the bin being emptied. Even used cups were not replaced & there was only one tap & sink in the room (same as the shower) so washing things up was not very convenient.

Location and the little onsen and sauna on site were great

Amazing location close to the Ski lift and just around the corner from Rhythm if you need to hire or buy ski/snowboard equipment. Onsen was unbelievably great after a day on the slopes and staff were very helpful and welcoming.

The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, which made the stay truly enjoyable. The location is excellent — the ski resort is within easy walking distance. The hotel has an onsen, and soaking in it after a full day of skiing was incredibly relaxing. There are also complimentary welcome drinks available in the lobby, which was a nice touch. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. There is also a coin-operated laundry, which was very convenient. Overall, this accommodation met all of my needs and provided a very comfortable stay. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.
