"Great place while horsing around in Belton"

We were in Belton for a Horse show, and the room was perfect. Comfortable bed and clean, updated room. The location was great and close to restaurants to start or end your day with a good meal. They also offered breakfast, but we did not eat at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating

Pretty expensive the first night..Especially if you have a petā€¦$70 for the room plus $20 for a pet & that's per Night $50 depositā€¦So all together $140 for the first nightā€¦ but the $50 is refundable once you check outā€¦ if paid in cash you get immediately but on a card up to 7 daysā€¦

"Disgusting and will NEVER go back."

Got into the room and immediately it smelled like mold and cigarettes. Stains on the linoleum made the floor looks very dirty. Got into the bathroom and there was dirt(at least i hope it was dirt) smeared on the floor. The tub had large gouges and parts of the lining missing. The fridge had a large chunk of black mold and some orange substance smeared across the back. Then I saw the roaches. We got into bed and roaches were on the bed and behind the headboard. I killed at least 8 or 9 roaches in the span of 5 mins. We packed up and left just hours after checking in. Management wouldn't give us a refundand said they'd only give us a different room. Then they said we'd have to contact the website we booked through.

"Couldnā€™t stay"

We did not complete check in. Had problems checking in, guests were leaving because there were bugs in the rooms and on the beds. Clerk tried to add additional charges and the room had holes in the walls. Clerk would not provide anything stating the damage was present before check in.

If you just need a place to sleep and shower, this is great. It is close to the freeway so you hear traffic noise but it is affordable, staff is super helpful and friendly, rooms have been updated, and it was clean. There arenā€™t many hotels in Belton so this is a good option.
