Sheraton Indianapolis City Centre Hotel

Great location, clean.

Was charged twice for room.

Stayed here for a week during a visit. The hotel is very central and overlooks the circle monument, easy to get to and my check in was quick and friendly. Room was large and overlooked the centre so great views. WiFi works after a few attempts and was reliable after that. The hotel was busy with a conference group and the noise was intolerable. Noise from rooms next door, noise from corridors and doors slamming, noise from cars and motorbikes outside. Barely seems any soundproofing at all and never managed a decent nights sleep. Bathroom had a shower and a bath, toiletries are so far up the wall they are at head height and squirted shampoo in my eye as we were level - I have no idea why they are so high up when there is a bath

No microwave in rooms and fridge didn’t get cold

I was in town for American Legion meetings. I found the lobby to be clean and staff to be friendly. They greeted me with a smile and were quick to check me in. My room was nicely furnished and clean. The bed was so comfy, it was difficult to get to my meetings on time. I enjoyed the on property coffee shop each morning. I also had the opportunity to enjoy a meal in the meeting rooms. The meal was EXCELLENT! The beef ribs and potatoes were very tasty. I also heard others complimenting the meal. So please pass on a great job to the kitchen staff. There is no doubt, I will be back! The room was nice, but the bathroom was a bit odd. The toilet was almost under the countertop and had a flush like a public toilet. Not bad, just not usual. Great location.

Parking was not included- it seems that parking isn't included at most hotels anymore.

Items were stolen from my vehicle. All I have received was the run around from management, the valet(which must have left the vehicle unlocked), and the Sheraton(Marriot) Bonvoy. I’d stay anywhere but here. What a joke.

I liked that we stores, resturants, and events were in walking distance.
