Graduate by Hilton Lincoln

Clean and cozy with fun decor! Staff were very friendly as well. We had a neat view of Memorial Stadium as well. We would stay again next time we are in Lincoln!

We love the Graduate. Perfect for walking to the Haymarket area. Great food and drinks at the Single Barrel onsite. Makenna at the front desk was fantastic!

It is an interesting hotel. We liked the retro look and feel. The service was just average. Our room wasn't cleaned after our first night. Our room keys didn't work after the first night.

Loved the rooms the retro design was great. We had a hard time trying to find a place to park to check in to our room since there were 4 huge buses parked in the loading zone. Disappointed that we had to pay for parking you would think that would be part of your staying at there hotel.

Weird you have to pay $24 for parking when Nebraska is a giant parking lot

Awful customer service!!!!! We stayed in 2 rooms, but altogether we were charged for FIVE!!!! We we were charged for a room we didn’t stay in or book. We also were unable to cancel reservations for two rooms I had booked for another night because there is a 48 hour cancellation policy that nobody told me about and I called about 36 hours prior. So, in an effort to find a way to make use of this, I was on the phone on hold for roughly an hour before I finally asked if I could move my dates of my room. I was told I could. So I did. When I called back to move them again I was told I could cancel them without charge . So I was very happy about this and did so. The next day I found we had been charged for the two rooms we didn’t stay in! So now I’m at about $700 that I didn’t even stay in a room for. I have called multiple times, I have been given a case number, I then was told to call the hotel directly and talk to billing. I tried, I was given the color a general manager. I’m pretty sure it’s going to take an attorney to figure this out. I’m beyond frustrated with this hotel.

The parking garage elevator was terrible. It was 100° and the elevator was questionably operating. With the door barely opening. There was no fan or vent at all. It was very uncomfortable. And the price per vehicle for parking is ridiculous.
