The location

I’ve been coming here for a while and I’m just very disappointed in this trip I asked for Management to call me never received a call. I had downgraded from a suite to a standard. As far as I know price has not been adjusted. I had to take a very cold shower no hot water, water pressure very low and TV messing up not being able to watch very well.

The location

The manager was supposed to call me. She never did. My room was supposed to be changed because I went from a suite down to a standard so the price was supposed to go down. I had no hot water low water pressure in the TV was messing up and there was a pair in my bed and it wasn’t mine and then the sheets were ripped
