The bed and pillows were comfortable

We were told that the pool was not open and that was only after asking what the hours were. It was not disclosed when booking or when checking in. The A/C was not functioning, we were very warm trying to sleep. There was another guest who was screaming in the hallway at 4AM that no one did anything about until we had to call down to complain. Got no sleep.

No receipt, no breakfast, no pool and I tried 3 different days at 3 different hotels and it was the worst by far.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly.

The first room smelled of smoke and other people I was with also has smoke smell in two other rooms. They changed my room without a problem and the room I was in was nice. Also there is no food but they have a coffee shop downstairs and also coffee in the room.
