The people were very nice

Pool had low water and no chlorine Hydraulic elevator would not level with the floor, hair in the bathroom that was not cleaned up or vacuumed.

Very nice, quiet place.

How they jack up the prices because there is an event ( Gaternationals) going on. Normally, this place is almost a $100 per night cheaper.

The lady at the front desk, Miss Robin was an excellent, very kind, professional and understanding employee if we had more people like her the world would be a better place. I do hope that you all reward your employees for the great work. She was an excellent person. I would recommend everyone to stay at this hotel once again I want to thank you Miss Robin for making my stay in my trip a very comfortable stay you are the best

I’ve stayed at Hampton Inn Gainesville, 4225 SW 40th Blvd, for the past couple of months while traveling on business. As someone who travels the world frequently, being away from home and family can get tiring. This Hampton truly felt like a home away from home. What makes the difference is the people. Kathy and her team — Xavier, Joseph, the kitchen staff, housekeeping, the engineer Ishwany, and everyone else — run the place with such genuine warmth and care that it almost makes checking out difficult (in the best, humorous way). The hotel is also wonderfully located, close to great food options, shops, and malls, which makes longer stays very convenient. I leave with many good memories and real gratitude. Customer service was great
