The Biltmore Hotel Oklahoma

First of all the air conditioning system doesnt work n whole place. I got ate up by bugs. Definitely a total rathole. Not a single ice machine worked. The entire hallway smelled like urine. It was a complete misadvertisment and management said exactly, "i dont care."

Smelled like an old ashtray and dog urine. Lots of creepy homeless looking people living in adjacent rooms, smoking marijuana right outside the doors. The room next door had huge broken window with missing glass. The exterior door had hedges grown over into doorway and trash in hedges, and standing water in hallway, Website said pool, but pool was not open. Desk person said it was being cleaned, but another tenant told me it hasn't been open in a long time. They "trimmed" the hedge while we were there, it was worse before the picture

Unclean room smelled either old or cigarettes, doorlock looked like it is about to break , gave me a headache rest of the day

By far the nastiest place I’ve ever stayed. Claims to be entirely smoke free. The room even said it was a “nonsmoking room.” The entire place smelled like smoke and urine. TVs are old. Couch and carpet is ripped and stained. I don’t know how this place is even still in business.

Smells old and dirty. No amenities not even ice machine. My room lights didn’t work plus a cockroach in the bathroom. No tv working either then rain water started coming under the outside door when it rained.

It was disgusting

the carpet was molded, doors didnt close all the way, part of the lock on the front door was broken, it smelled overall horrendous, the bathroom door could only open from the inside, there were small holes all over the walls. it was not a good stay. we ended up leaving only 3 hours after we got there

Horrible. Absolutely filthy. Place was crawling with drug addicts, and homeless. We checked in, walked to our rooms, immediately walked back to the front desk, and asked for a refund. Told lady at front desk I did not feel safe staying there with my children. She asked me to reconsider, they had a security guard. The security gaurd was sitting in the office sleeping. I told her i would rather not, and asked again about a refund. She said that because i checked in, she would not give me a refund. We left, and i was out the money for 2 rooms, for 2 days. Don't book there. It's nasty, stinks, and creepy people around every corner. Looks nothing like the photos. 10 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

The pics on Expedia show a decent hotel You will be deceived!!!! Place is very dirty full of people i believe were on drugs hiding in the shadows of the building and dogs that barked all night. Dried blood in bath tub, tv didnt work no remote couch had stains all over it. Didnt sleep due to all the noise inside and outside the hotel room. Thankfully the car wasnt vandalized or stolen, and noone broke in and robbed us.
