The Biltmore Hotel Oklahoma

The price was great and it's decent for the area. I've been here before and I like the place simply because it's a Historical landmark.

I did however find roaches occasionally and bought some HotShot and got rid of them.

Size and location

Oxycoton & Fentenol users were abundant.Sad deal. The blacks that initiate those drugs to the young girls should be skinned alive in public.

This was the worst hotel.com place ive ever dealt with.i booked 5 kings and got 1 king and 4 doubles.2 of the rooms smelt like sewer,we requested to be all together and we were scattered across the hotel,the pool was still filled with green slimmy water and had ducks living in it.the homeless are all over the property,it just didnt feel safe.the guy checking us in was very rude,speaking to the girl coming in for her shift in their language.it was a disaster from the get go.one of our rooms got woke up by housekeeping and were told to go pay a deposit,which was paid at checkin.ill never stay here again nor recommend it to anyone

The location is proper off interstate; however the transits could have been better in the area. It was quiet at night, and it had restaurants nearby—and shopping outlet within 5 miles.

Housekeeping never cleaned the room during the 10-day stay we stayed. They only brought clean towels once while we were out of the room for the day, and there was no wifi, and I feel the price I paid to stay, we should have had free wifi. This was a considerable inconvenience, mainly because I needed it for work.

The listing on Expedia indicated they had airport shuttle service. When I landed and called they said didn't have it. Their shuttle was not working. They made no effort to find me other options. I ended up paying $60 to and from hotel to the airport. I would not have stayed here if they had notified they had no shuttle. Unacceptable service.
