It’s NOT A REAL HAMPTON. It’s another purchased piece of shit revamped made up Hampton Hotel.

Hotel was very close to several restaurant options and close to freeway access.

Breakfast was mediocre. Facilities need updating. Dog continuously barking loudly during breakfast. When waiting for the elevator one staff member was hollering at another staff member on the other side of the hall where I was standing. No instructions for using TV control. TV control too complicated to be of any use. Supposedly steaming options were included but each time you tried to access one, you were given a sales pitch to join the service. Business center only had a printer requiring you to send an email if you wanted to print something. When checking out, I asked for a receipt but was told that since I booked through a third party, I would have to get a receipt from Booking.com even though I had paid directly at the hotel when checking in.

This hotel was very nice and comfortable and is located in a great city. Check in was super simple and had friendly staff. The music festival I booked this hotel for was a total blast as well, and the drive was very easy to go back and forth.

The venue I was traveling to from the hotel was a little bit far, but it was only a 30-45 minute drive.

The room was clean and comfortable and big. Each room gets a little Jeep duck, which is a nice touch. Front desk staff was polite. Breakfast was good especially the lemon poppyseed scones.

It's a very small thing, but I missed the small print about 75.00 pet fee for our small Shibu Inu. So, if you're traveling with a pet, prepare to pay.
