was not happy with generic food.

the room we checked into was nasty it looked like the chair had been used as a restrooom nasty, they had not cleaned the toilet in the bathroom it was disgusting, we went to the front desk and told them and the guy on duty did give us another room,but than when we checked into the second one the tv did not work, so we went back down there and told him so he put us in another room, but the stay was a disaster if we didnt have to get up real early the next morning we would have gotten a refund and went somewhere else,I REALLY think we should get a refund cause money is hard to come by and we pay to stay in a good clean comfortable room but trust me this was not the case at the HAMPTON INN,and i have stayed in a lot of them and usually they seem to be clean and nice but this one on that night was really really really nasty will not stay there again. plus we do have pictures.

Pésimo servicio de limpieza los dos últimos días no se limpió la habitación y me dio una urticaria por ácaros . El día 16 y 17 de agosto no se limpió la habitación 121 y se reportó a él counter

Pésimo servicio de limpieza habitación 121 el día 16 y 17 de agosto no se nos limpió la habitación ni se sacó la basura ni cambiaron los paños y somos muy alérgicos y las camas llenas de ácaros

The heating/cooling unit did not work. There were hairs on bed, toilet seat, and tub. There were dead bugs in floor. When all this was reported to staff at front desk they seemed unconcerned.

I love the location of this hotel. Great coffee she restaurants across the street. They accommodated our large dog as well and had stations for pet waste.
