Das Zimmer war gross und sauber

- Unfreundlicher Empfang - Wir mussten einen Monat warten und mehrere Mails schreiben, bis uns das Depot von USD 150.- endlich gegengebucht wurde - Restaurant hatte schlechte Menuekarte, teuer, Kissen auf der Terrasse waren schmutzig, die Terrasse wirkte ungepflegt und nicht einladend (kühl und ungemütlich) Es hatte keine Gäste. Eigentlich sehr schade, da wir das Hotel vom letzten Mal (vor 6Jahren) gut in Erinnerung hatten.

Perfect place to stay in Palm beach. It’s priced right and the hotel is beautiful. You don’t need to stay next door to the four seasons and spend triple the money for the same beach right next door.

The surrounding area was easily nice. As far as the hotel goes. It kinda seems like it’s on its last limb. Not very well taken care of and not enough staff b took over an hour to get a pizza at the restaurant , Room cards kept getting disconnected, cable going in and out, booked a massage at the spa 24 hours in advance and was canceled on. Very mediocre to poor amenities.
