"Will no longer be staying there"

The first room I was placed in the toilet paper had blood, and sheets were dirty, and it looked like the room had not been vacuumed. Luckily, they were able to change my room. They were able to give me a complimentary breakfast and some points for that inconvenience. When I checked out I ended up getting my bill to my email and I was charged for parking even after I ended up staying on the other side of the building by Starbucks, which I wasn’t told I would still be charged a fee. Asked to speak to a supervisor if I could get a refund for the fee and refugio supervisor on duty, told me to call Monday for Megan.

The room was comfortable and clean and the correspondence with the staff through text was excellent. I appreciated the security of the room and gated parking.

I would have given my stay a 5 star, but when I went to shower in the mid morning, there was no hot water. It was not even warm to start. I didn't say anything at the time, but I hope the matter has been handled. I've never had that in a hotel before. The only other negative is the parking gate was not working when I left and I saw others having an issue with this as well. This was a problem since it is the room key that releases the gate

The beds were comfortable

The AC kept booting off and putting itself on heat, it kept clicking and It was hard to keep it at one temperature it was acting up!
