My husband is in a wheelchair! And loved this place! It made him feel free to roam around the hotel to the pool and other places around the hotel, friendly staff and very helpful! We recommend this place especially if you have a loved one that needs extra help! The hotel is beautiful!!

Close to downtown and restaurants across streets. Staff was amazing and pool was great

Did not feel like a resort. More like an hotel. Only 2 restaurants and 1 very high prized. Went to restaurants outside of stay to enjoy food. Resorts should have good restaurants in them so peaked and just stay and enjoy the resort.

The location and staff were great. Everyone from the shuttle drivers to the bar service was friendly and professional. Efren made our shuttle rides very enjoyable and enjoyed chatting with him during our stay.

Food was less than ideal. After a few disappointing orders we decided to shuttle out for our meals. Gym was a decent walk away from the main area and on the small side.

The rooms were spacious and clean, the common areas were very outdated and dingy. The pool area was cluttered and not as nice as it could have been.
