Hotel Belvoir Springfield

My family and I only stayed at the property for one night, but overall our stay was very nice. The room was clean, spacious, and well decorated. Bathrooms were clean and large. The staff were pleasant during check-in and really helpful with identifying a few activities for my family to do (including a 5 year old) during our stay. The onsite breakfast buffet was fairly good, but a bit overpriced. Check-out was smooth. The area around the property was lacking a bit, but the mall/shopping and restaurant variety was surprising. Overall a great stay and would return if I was back in the area.

Hilton screwed up the reservation and price

The Hotel is ok but the service is wanting. They over booked and sent me off to a less desires third party hotel.

We booked 2 rooms but by a change of plans, I made 3 reservations. 1 reservation from F-M, one only for Friday and another for Sat-M. We arrived at the hotel and we were received with the news that they were overbooked and we had to go to a nearby hotel for the night. I asked several times if that was going to affect our weekend reservations. We were told no. Sat after coming from the city, we went to get our rooms and we were told that they canceled our reservations and they were overbooked and couldn’t accommodate us. So we were stranded there without choice. We had to acomódate 2 families in 1 room. I don’t recommend this hotel. The worst experience at a Hilton.

Deflagged Hilton. It’s obvious why. Restaurant is closed, hasn’t had a renovation in at least 15 years. Frankly should be torn down. All the rooms smell vaguely like smoke(meaning carpets not steamed regularly or the carpets are just that old). Not even worthy of a doubletree or Garden Inn. Yuck.
